Introducing a new photo contest to wrap up your summer.

Photo Contest: The Wheels UP! Photo Contest is open for submissions September 1-14, 2018. You are invited to submit photos of your favorite wheelchair accessible hot spot, wheelchair sporting events or recreational activity. Photos should be in keeping with the general theme of the contest of accessible sports, travel and recreation. Submitted photos will be added to our gallery where they will be judged for first, second, third, and fourth-place.

See Prizes and Other Stuff for the list of prizes.

Contest Rules and Guidelines:

By submitting a photo(s), you agree and grant SPORTS ‘N SPOKES (PVA Publications), the Spina Bifida Association (SBA) Cure Medical and Abilities Expo staff the right to publish or use submitted photo(s), name, city, and any captions submitted to our respective websites, social media platforms and/or to be used in future marketing or print publication materials. All photos become the property of PVA Publications and above listed campaign partners and are subject to editing and photo correction procedures. The Wheels UP! Photo contesis open to all persons 18 years of age or older, except employees, relatives of employees and contractors of PVA Publications, SBA, Cure Medical and Abilities Expo. The contest is open to all participants in the United States and Canada and is subject to the laws of your jurisdiction. Contestants under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian submit photos on your behalf.

How to Submit Photos to the Contest:

For photos to be considered for the Wheels UP! Photo contest they MUST be submitted to the Wheels UP! photo form. When uploading your entries, remember to tell us something about the photo, who took the photo and when and where the photo was taken.

When submitting your photo, remember all photos for magazine cover use should have a minimum resolution of 400 pixels and a maximum of 960 pixels. Photos shot in a portrait orientation are best suited for magazine covers. Keep that in mind if you’re hoping for that S’NS cover shot. Please retain your original RAW or unedited images in the event your photo is selected winning shot. Winning photos that do not meet our production and design resolutions will be placed in the Final Frame section of the magazine and the winner will receive a 2-year subscription to compensate the prize.

Entry Period September 1-14. Winners Announced: November 2018

An entrant must hold all rights to a photograph he or she submits to the contest. Photos may not have been previously published in any media outlet, magazine, news outlet or website.
