Staffers from SPORTS `N SPOKES are preparing to trek to North America for the 2017 Invictus Games in Toronto, Canada, September 22-30.

This year’s team consists of two photographers and two journalists from the SNS production office, and marks their first international assignment together. Dubbed the “Invictus Four”, the team says they’re stoked for the upcoming experience together and hope to capture some amazing photos, video and stories from the more than 550 disabled and injured service members and veterans from across the globe.

The first Invictus Games was held in London in 2014 with more than 400 competitors from 13 nations. This year, over 550 athletes from 17 nations will compete in 12 different sports such as cycling, sitting volleyball and wheelchair basketball.

Prince Harry attends every year and is known for his interaction with the athletes and fans alike. In an interview with TODAY in 2016, he said “To me, we’re all the same. Yes, I’m Prince Harry, but to me I’m Captain Wales. To them, I’m Captain Wales and for me, these are people that I’ve served with.”
