Bill Loyd and Le Rodenberg each finished with co-tournament high point totals

Bill Loyd and Le Rodenberg each finished with co-tournament high point totals and helped lead 
Oregon to the Northwest Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) Trapshoot title in September in Seattle. Oregon finished with 1,094 points, defeating the  Cal-Diego (1,053) and Northwest 
(994) teams.

Loyd finished as the high overall spinal-cord injured winner with a 254. He hit 93 out of 100 targets in A singles, took the C Doubles title with 79 out of 100 and earned the Short Handicap title with 82 out of 100.

Rodenberg also finished with a 254 overall total, claiming B doubles (88) and short handicap (82) titles. Doug Vann (Cal-Diego) took home the A singles (94 points) and A doubles (77 points) titles.

Michael Davis (Cal-Diego, B, 95) and Toby Hockstra (D, 90) each won singles titles, while Ron Young (Northwest, D, 73) won in D doubles.  Aaron Hastings (375 out of 400) won the Northwest PVA handgun tournament, defeating Vann by 48 points. Hastings hit 196 out of 200 targets from the 15-yard range and 142 out of 200 in the 25-yard range.
