Paralyzed Veterans of America vice president Joe Fox nabbed himself a shooting title

Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) vice president Joe Fox nabbed himself a shooting title.

Fox finished as the high overall spinal-cord injury point winner with 240 points at July’s PVA Del Martin Memorial Trapshoot in Hillsboro, Ore.
He finished with 83 out of a possible 100 points in Class D singles, 75 out of a possible 100 in Class D doubles and 82 out of 100 in Short Handicap.

Randy Lederbrand finished as the high overall winner with 270 points, edging Todd Burk by three points.
Lederbrand totaled 95 points in B singles, 91 points in B doubles and 84 points in Long Handicap. Burk also finished as the July 25 Long Yardage champion.

Alan Julian (AA, 49 points), Ken Mitchell (C, 81 points) and Darryl Von (D, 92 points) also earned singles titles. Mitchell (C, 73 points) and Von (D, 76 points) won doubles titles. Mitchell (77 points) took the Medium Handicap title, while Greg Brander (86 points) won the Short Handicap title.  

The next Circuit 20 trapshoot will be the Northwest Trapshoot, held Oct. 2–4 in Seattle, followed by the Oct. 30–Nov. 1 Arizona Trapshoot held in Tucson, Ariz.
