The whole West family is delighted with the help this veteran received.

Every day the men and women staffing the Paralyzed Veterans of America's (PVA's) Veterans Benefits Department go above and byond the call of duty by helping veterans and their loved ones secure and maintain the healthcare they need and the benefits they have earned.

This article tells about the helping hands PVA extended to Jimmy West, a Persian Gulf War veteran whose life was changed by a few caring and committed people.
